MONITORING & EVALUATION
A 3-DAY PROGRAMME, INITIALLY DEVELOPED FOR GAUTENG PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT
The overall objective of this course is to provide skills and tools to enable public service departments to improve performance in a measured and sustainable manner.
The effectiveness of the course depends largely on the understanding and acceptance of the principles of M & E, as well as the practical ability to apply the tools; it is therefore recommended that a full department is exposed to the course as a team.
