Course objectives
The cost of emotional incompetence of individuals, teams and companies is vast. The latest research indicates that emotional competencies count MORE than IQ. Lost opportunities, low productivity, staff turnover, low morale, crumbling trust, derailed relationships, inhibited creativity, negative stress, and lack of teamwork, are some of the negative aspects that have a direct impact on companies’ bottom line results.
In the new millennium it will be people who will create organisations’ competitive edge. Fortunately, emotional competencies can be learned and this is what we teach!
