During 2003, M-Cot entered into joint ventures with 2 BEE companies:

Ketshabile / M-Cot combines the skills database and administrative capacity of M-Cot with the focused PC training competencies of Ketshabile Consulting cc, which is 100% owned and staffed by Historically Disadvantaged Individuals.

Kwapele /M-Cot harnesses the infrastructure and IT training capabilities of M-Cot to Kwapele Learning and Consulting Pty Ltd, specialists in business, entrepreneurial and life skills facilitation and coaching. Ownership and management of Kwapele is 51% HDI’s.

In both Joint Ventures, M-Cot holds a minority interest.
