INNERSKILL consists of the disciplines, practices, art and technique as well as human technology that will increase the certainty of sustainable success in the private and work life of every individual.

How we deal with problems
The cause of most problems in life and work is differing perceptions, unannounced expectations and contrast between what is and what should be. Most often it is problem of communication stemming from the prevalent state of awareness. Usually we attempt to use force to “get our way” and “be right.” This approach only drives the fundamental problem underground where it mutates into a monster that will emerge at exactly the wrong time.
INNERSKILL makes it possible for the person to become aware of their powerful role in solving system problems and being a catalyst for an improvement in the consciousness stream. In this stream of consciousness anything is scientifically possible.

The interdisciplinary approach of behavioural and hard science utilises the knowledge of positive psychology, appreciative inquiry, attractor research, critical point analysis, quantum dynamics etc.
The process delivers a map of current consciousness. From this map we devise strategies to lift the experience and awareness of people to the 22% positive level. It is known that individuals sometimes move from -3 to +6 on the scale of authentic positivity.
As people move up the scale we invariably find genius developing within the ranks of participants. Solutions to problems come into the awareness and insights are always powerful and forward thinking.
The timeline
1. Prior to the engagement we conduct an onsite inspection and meeting to assess the degree of force at play in the business.
2. Upon engagement we conduct a thorough investigation to uncover the behavioural drivers and draw up an energy archetype map and map of consciousness of the organisation.
3. The second interaction with staff is to conduct and Innerskill workshop. This is a powerful experience for everyone attending.
This two day process achieves the following outcomes:
I. Uncover the position of every person on the map of consciousness
II. People get to understand the blueprints and patterns that are driving their behaviour, their thinking and their relationships.
III. We encounter emotional intelligence and learn how to use their emotions as allies in their search for perfection awareness. IV. 4. Post workshop we engage with the people and begin the process of coaching and mentoring.

5. The mentoring process continues for as long as management requires and weekly reports are submitted.
6. In larger projects we will train designated persons in INNERSKILL technologies to equip them to become a facilitator in the company.
