Target audience:

Anyone who wants to be able to communicate more effectively with those around them, as well as being able to “read” and understand some of their unspoken thoughts and feelings.

Overview:

This course covers the essential aspects of body language in a fun and innovative manner, as well as dealing thoroughly with aspects of increasing / bettering our inter-personal communication skills / style.

Objectives:

By the end of this programme, you will:

• Be able to understand some of your own body language responses
• Be able to “read” and understand the body language responses of those around you
• As a manager / supervisor, be able to better understand your staff
• Be better able to communicate clearly with those around you
• Be able to understand the communication of those around you
• Be able to ensure that mis-understandings are eliminated by knowing, understanding and applying the differing communication styles
